Refund and Cancellation Policy

Test Series:

For demo purpose to understand the quality and pedagogy ,We are providing 5 Free Mock Test with the same quality and length of Paid Mock Test. After that if, student has been enrolled in any test series there is no one provision to refund or transfer money until/unless the request of cancellation/refund has raised within 24 hrs of the enrolment and student has to prove a valid reason for the same.

If student fulfil the above conditions then we’ll accept the cancellation request and refund the money with in 7-15 working days after the date of request accepted

Note: The convenience charges (2% to 2.5%) will be deducted from total paid amount then remaining amount will be refunded.

Online Courses:

For demo purpose to understand the quality and pedagogy ,We are providing to watch 1-2 Class Free of cost of that particular online course or classes. After that if, student has been enrolled in any online courses there is no one provision to refund or transfer money until/unless the request of cancellation/refund has raised within 24 hrs of the enrolment and student has to prove a valid reason for the same.
