Ancient Inscription Found: Vijayanagara Legacy in Tamil Nadu

The Sri Singeeswarar Temple in Mappedu village, Tiruvallur district, has been discovered with 16th Century CE copper plate inscriptions. The inscriptions, written in Sanskrit using Nandinagari script, date back to 1513 CE during Krishnadevaraya's reign.
