Features and Functionality

App available for download on the PWD website (www.mppwd.gov.in) as well as on the Google Play Store.
Users can report issues by taking photos of potholes or damaged roads
Complaints directly reach concerned officers for resolution
Officers must repair reported issues within seven days
Complainants receive updates on their mobile phones
Covers 40,000 kilometers of state roads
Includes national highways, state highways, and main district roads in the first phase
The second phase will include other district and rural roads
