      • 12th pass: Rs 6,000
      • Diploma holders: Rs 8,000
      • Bachelor's degree: Rs 10,000

'Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin' Scheme for Women

  • Announced in the 2024-25 state budget
  • Implemented from July 1, 2024

Eligibility:

    • Married, divorced, and destitute women
    • Age group: 21-60 years
    • Annual family income not exceeding Rs 2.5 lakhs

Benefits:

    • Rs 1,500 monthly allowance via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)
    • Three free gas cylinders per year

    • Ensure overall development and empowerment of women
    • Promote economic independence and self-reliance
    • Improve health and nutrition
