PARTH Yojana: Equipping Young People for Careers in Security Services

The PARTH Yojana (Police Army Recruitment Training & Hunar) is an innovative program initiated in Madhya Pradesh aimed at providing pre-recruitment training to young individuals looking to enlist in the Indian Army, Police, and Para-Military forces. This initiative was launched by CM Mohan Yadav at the State Level Youth Festival.

Key Highlights of PARTH Yojana

Objective

  • To equip young individuals for enlistment in the Indian Army, Police, Para-Military forces, and similar services

  • To promote patriotism and encourage physical fitness among the youth of the state.

  • To improve mental sharpness and personal growth through specialized training.

Scope and Training Details

  • The training emphasizes:

  • Physical Performance (Physical Assessment)

  • Written Tests (General Awareness, Mathematics, English)

  • Development of Personality

  • Training will take place at the divisional level.

  • District Sports and Youth Welfare Officers will manage the training centers with support from rural youth coordinators and staff from the department.

Eligibility Criteria for Trainers

  • Exercise

  • A BPEd/BPE/NIS Diploma and state-level athletic experience are prerequisites for trainers.

  • Written Assessment and Personality Development

  • Subject matter experts will be hired on a part-time basis from government and semi-government educational institutions.

  • The Sports Trainer Welfare Committee will decide on trainers and subject matter experts.

Fee Structure

  • The plan is self-funded.

  • The Sports Trainer Welfare Committee will decide the fixed monthly fee that trainees must pay.

  • The Madhya Pradesh Youth Portal, or MPYP Portal, connects young people with career guidance and skill development programs.

  • Possibilities for Employment

  • The portal gives young people a single location to explore career options and hone their talents.
