- Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Deoria
- Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Prayagraj
- Mathura, Aligarh, Noida, Ghaziabad
Special focus on Nepal border districts:
- Sonauli in Maharajganj, Lakhimpur Kheri, Shravasti, Bahraich, Pilibhit
