IBPS RRBs (CRP RRBs XII) for recruitment of Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

The online examinations for the next Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs XII) for recruitment of Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in August and September 2023 but the apllication form filling date is between (1st June 2023 - 26th June 2023). The interviews for recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale-I, II & III) under the same process will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority tentatively in the month of November 2023. 

• Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Regional Rural Banks listed at (A) as Group “A”-Officers (Scale- I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose), is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP for RRBs- XII). 
• For the posts of Officers Scale I and Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) the examination will be two tier i.e. the Online Examination will be held in two phases, Preliminary and Main. 

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate must be either -
(i) a Citizen of India or 
(ii) a subject of Nepal or Bhutan
(iii) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or 
(iv) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Age Limit (As on 01.06.2023)

For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)- Above 21 years - Below 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1983 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)

For Officer Scale- II (Manager)- Above 21 years - Below 32 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1991 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)

For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager)- Above 18 years - Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1993 and later than 31.05.2005 (both dates inclusive)

For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.06.1995 and later than 01.06.2005 (both dates inclusive) 

Age relaxation –

Minimum 3 year/ Maximum 10 years on the basis of & sc, st, obc and pwd category. There is special reservation for some Benchmark disabled candidate

IBPS RRB Salary (Pay Scale):

Scale – I :

Scale – II :

IBPS RRB Scale 2 pay scale is between Rs. 75000-77000/-Per month

Scale – III :

• After getting posted, an IBPS RRB Officer Scale 3 salary will range from Rs 75,000 - Rs 90,000.
• A Scale 3 Officer is also entitled to several allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Travel Allowance etc.
