India Launches 'Utkash' as Its Second Multi-Purpose Vessel

 On January 13, 2025, the Indian Navy launched its second Multi-Purpose Vessel (MPV), constructed by M/s L&T Shipyard, at the L&T Shipyard in Kattupalli, Chennai. The ceremony was attended by Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh, along with senior officials from the Indian Navy and L&T Shipyard.
