• Budget allocation of ₹12.10 crore for transportation and other expenses
• Tour costs vary based on duration:
  • One-day trip: Approximately ₹300 per student
  • Four-day trip: About ₹4,000 per student
• Coordinated by Telangana Tourism Development Corporation (TSTDC)
• Committee of nodal officers from various departments to plan details
• District collectors and police superintendents responsible for transportation and security
• Tours can be conducted on weekdays or working days
