PNB Leads the Way in Real-Time Cybercrime Response with Clari5 Integration

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has become the first bank in India to implement Clari5’s National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (NCRP) Integration Solution. Developed in collaboration with the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), the system enables real-time processing of cybercrime complaints and helps in preventing fraud.

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has become the first Indian bank to adopt Clari5’s National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (NCRP) Integration Solution, marking a major step forward in fraud prevention and complaint handling.

Developed in partnership with the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), the system enables automated, real-time processing of cybercrime complaints across various retail banking channels, including Internet and Mobile Banking, ATMs, UPI and NEFT/RTGS.

The solution includes features like automated lien marking, intelligent account freezes, and customizable whitelisting, all designed to protect customers' interests. Rivi Varghese, CEO of Clari5, commended PNB for its forward-thinking leadership and dedication to innovation, noting that this integration sets a new industry benchmark for Indian banking.
